We usually require 1-2 business days to process an order and deliver to your address within 15 days. After receiving your payment, we will do some quality tests on our products, package them, and then ship them to your address.

One or more of the products contained in your order were out of stock. If we do not receive a response from you within 5 days after contacting you for the first time, we will send you a refund of your purchase.

Rafinda is based in İstanbul, Turkey and we have a network of suppliers in all Turkey and Europe.

Rafinda emplys a comprehensive logistics system under which it has partnerships with many world-leading international shipping companies including but not limited to PTT, DHL, UPS, GLS and DPD.

We use Stripe as a payment getaway for credit card payments and we accept transactions made through Western Union, MoneyGram, UPT and bank transfers.

When ordering from Rafinda, you're responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination. Recipients of international shipments may be subject to import taxes, fees, and customs duties (hereafter, "Import Fees"), levied by the customs office of your shipping destination. Import Fees vary according to the customs regulations of the destination country. Components that play a role in Import Fee calculations are (among others):

Product category and price

Shipping costs and package weight

Customs clearance channel

Import taxes based on custom duty amounts

Customs policies vary widely, and some countries don't charge Import Fees for shipments that fall below a minimum value. Contact the customs office of the destination country for more information. Import Regulations The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the destination country. Customs delays can affect original delivery estimates. Note: Customs offices in some countries or regions require the importer of record to provide a form of identification before releasing a shipment, such as a Passport, Tax ID, etc.

You have the right to cancel an order up to 24 hours from placing the order on our website. You can contact us via email shop@Rafinda.com and WhatsApp regarding your cancellation requests.

Please contact us before returning a defective item in order to receive the return instructions.

All customers should contact Our Customer Service for approval before returning any item(s). Rafinda will not be responsible for returned item(s) without notifying us in advance.

Rafinda takes customer satisfaction very seriously. In the case of problems with your product order, please contact Rafinda.com through WhatsApp or call us on our hotline number and we will assist you. In appropriate cases, if you have already been billed by Rafinda, We will issue full or partial refunds. In the following cases: if you did not receive your order or received an incorrect order, you may be issued a full refund; if part of your order is missing, we may issue a partial refund. In every event, we will do our best to ensure your satisfaction.

Customers should be responsible for entering a correct and complete shipping address. Please do not hesitate to contact us once you realize that your address is not the one you wanted to select. We will not be able to change it after your order has been shipped.
